By accessing and using Dead Pixel Test Online, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our online screen testing tool. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Permitted Use & Safety

Dead Pixel Test Online provides a visual environment designed to highlight sub-pixel errors by displaying solid primary color cycles and coordinate markers. You agree to use this service only for its intended diagnostic purposes:

  • Do not use the tool to intentionally overload device processors or browser rendering engine APIs.
  • Be aware that cycling colors rapidly (specifically during stuck pixel revival procedures) may cause discomfort or eye strain. If you experience dizziness, headache, or visual disturbance, stop using the service immediately.
  • We are not responsible for ocular strain or other physical discomforts related to inspecting displays for long periods of time.

3. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, layout styling, interactive script logic, and logos are and will remain the exclusive property of Dead Pixel Test Online and its creators.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, republish, or reuse any parts of our diagnostic canvas scripts, reporting layouts, or CSS code systems without our express written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our display testing tool is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dead Pixel Test Online makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the tool.

In particular, we do not guarantee that running the stuck pixel fixer flashing animation will restore or fix stuck or dead pixels. Display hardware faults are ultimately physical component failures and software diagnostic routines can only act as visual guides.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dead Pixel Test Online, nor its developers or hosting providers, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of device functionality, display panel degradation, screen burn-in, data loss, or other hardware repair costs arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
